Aoyue Int863 Infrared Preheater. Quartz Heater Aoyue Int863 with a very large field of heating 250x200mm. Warming Station model 863 is used to preheat the PCB using quartz glass. The device has a display with a preview of temperature and a very large heater space. It is perfect for service dealing with electronics. Well in lead-free soldering technology.

Features:

● 250x200 mm enhanced pre-heating area. Minimizes warping on larger sized boards
● 850W High power heating element. Significantly shortens time to reach desired working temperature.
● Closed loop control. Sensor can be attached to the board for a more accurate temperature feedback.
● Triple sensor design enables us to monitor both top and bottom board temperature while adjusting the internal heater temperature.
● Innovative board holder. Specially designed to fit various board sizes and shapes.
● CPU controlled system with easy to use digital controls and display. Uses advanced digital controls and signal processing for better performance, accuracy and safety.
● Programmable 6 segment reworking profile. Set and store the desired duration and temperature for repetitive reworking tasks.
● Pre-heater is compatible with hot air or Infra-red style top heating.
● Software pre-set temperature limits and shutdown to protect against overheat and errors.
